We just started a little over a week ago and we love it! Director is nice and keeps us informed of any changes. Teachers send pictures and updates for every feeding, diaper change, nap, or if they are simply have a good time. Its nice to see smiles on our babies faces, while they are there.
I see some negative comments, but some seem like a victim mentality over 1 incident and the parent kept it going. Not to mention, that was about a year ago and there is new teachers and owners.
For now, I would absolutely recommend this place! Its clean, friendly, and our babies don't cry as much when we drop them off. This means they feel safe here.

This is the first daycare/preschool my daughter has been to and I will say, it is the best. I really like the employees and the school schedule. I get updates through the day and photos of my little one while I’m working and it helps ease the mind some while we’re apart. They offer meals and snacks & give the kiddos plenty of activities to keep them busy while teaching them.

Great daycare and awesome staff
My kids just started there not too long ago and ima just say that this center is amazing. They have been amazing to my kids. They don’t just teach they treat my kids like their own. U don’t see many centers like that. I love always seeing pictures of my kids I work second shift so I don’t get to see them through the day so seeing pictures of them definitely makes my day so much better. I’m grateful for them. My daughter has been enrolled into this facility for over two years and for the last two months there has been nonstop, discrimination, retaliation, and very poor child development. I’ve had to call the state multiple times for investigations Within the last two months due to the change of the facility to the point to wear 14 teachers have either gotten fired or quit , the manager of the facility got fired or they got transferred. They neglect and abuse children very poor Supervision . Some change happen for like a week and a half, and then the retaliation started happening through an innocent child. The contact below as the retaliation and there is plenty more for my daughter having a tooth knocked out to a head split open to having a four-year-old with scissors being able to cut other kids hair. My daughter got her haircut and three different spots. Had her clothing colored all had multiple outfits disappear. Don’t know where it is the teacher explained. Video cameras does not proceed over 24 hours and they are not able to show parents videos of their children during incidents or have incidents because more than likely they are deleted after 24 hours so they cannot show you proof and if you confront them the day of and you ask them for the video of the incident or anything that has happened they will not show you as a parent because they say they’re not allowed to per the handbook . And now they are allowing children to go outside without jackets when it’s freezing cold because they’re not checking their cubbies to see what they have or do not have their teachers are stating when you say their jackets in the cubby I’m not their teacher. I’m busy as the teacher this morning November 21, 2024, said. So if you’re not their teacher who is supervising these children in the classroom, they are neglecting children !
had my son at Today’s Kids for a little while before we had to move for work, and now that we’re in another part of Kentucky, I really miss it. I never had to worry about him getting his formula or being changed on time. The place is always clean, and the staff is amazing – super communicative and really professional. If you’re looking for a great childcare center, I highly recommend Today’s Kids!
I had my baby enrolled here only for a short time but I have no complaints. He was there from the time he was 4 months until maybe 7 months? The caregiver in the infant room was so sweet and so patient. Ms. Julie, I think was her name. She always took time to rock your baby, and play with your baby, and they even did a Christmas craft that involved his feet and an adorable photo they framed for us. I saw the same staff morning and afternoon, and everyone was so kind. They let me come on my Lunch break to nurse and cuddle him and were great in handling my premade bottles of breast milk. They were also very good communicators. If I was to ever need childcare again, I’d pick this facility. They made leaving my baby for the first time a great experience.
Such a friendly place and full of caring workers! Always go out their way for every visitor that walks into the door of the daycare. Shot out to my mom Lisa she's amazing and one hard worker and someone anyone can talk to!
Do not take your kids there! A teacher didn’t give my child food because she couldn’t say please!
We had a wonderful experience at Todays Kids - only reason we transitioned was due to a job change. They are communicative, have a wonderful facility, and my sons teachers in the infant room were fantastic. Highly recommended!
Worse daycare ever!!!!! The second day for my kids the were terrified of going in how my oldest would act is not like her. 2 days ago my kid comes home with a swollen eye get 3 different explanation never contacted me about it and when I asked for camera footage told me I had to wait would not allow me to see bc it would take them all day to look at it

The old owner sold a few months ago and it's sad how downhill this place has gone in just a few months. The new management and the new director along with the area director there and others working there don't care about the kids that go there, they don't answer parents when they have questions, they flat out ignore you when you ask questions- just don't respond, but they happily will take your money though!
They just raised the pricing again after it was raised a few months ago already but when you go in there the new teachers are sitting around while your kids run around with dirty faces barely being paid attn to and get shuffled around random rooms because they don't have enough staff there because clearly there is so much turnover there (for a reason). The kids have no more structure in this place, and I am not even sure if they teach them anything anymore.
Sad that after going here for over 3 years I had to pull my children out, but I will not pay for this type of service nor are my kids or myself going to be treated with disrespect. These childcare providers forget what they are there for, I AM PAYING you to take care of my child, that's why you have a job! Despicable.

This place is THE BEST daycare!! Your child will learn and develop in this environment quickly. Their curriculum is outstanding. The staff is wonderful! They are very open and honest when it comes to your child. They also love your child as their own! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Today's Kids 💗. We are blessed God lead us here. Being from out of state we had no idea where to even begin.

There is a woman who works in the crawler room who has knowingly lied to my face several times about the care my child received while under her supervision. This woman did not give my 10 month old daughter her formula at all one day while she was there, meaning my daughter went without for 12 hrs!!!The same woman has knowingly lied about how often she changed my daughter, only having done so 3 times in a 10 hour period!!!! This all still going on after the director said she would handle it, that woman still has a job there in the same room, taking care of children that cannot speak up for themselves!!! Obviously whatever was done to "handle it" did not work the first time around that the same woman felt she could continue to lie to me about how she neglected my daughter! I pulled my daughter from this center because apparently my daughters neglect wasn't put before her staff.

I thought this day care was great up until the point they lost my four year old. My sons father went to pick him up and they had told him I already picked him which I did not. Needless to say his father left after being told he was not there. the only explanation they could give me is he must have been in time out..... pathetic
